Terms & Conditions Majestic Balloons

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1.Payment and Deposit

You are required to make a 50% deposit of the total of your order to get you on schedule. Once all the details, info and payment have been accepted we will get to work on your order the week before your pickup day or delivery day.  24hrs prior to your installation or pick up day the final payment with the outstanding balance must be received.  Once the final payment is received a final invoice will be provided and we will confirm the pick-up time, or we will confirm the final details about your installation. 50% Deposit are non-Refundable. 

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation could receive a credit towards your next event at our own discretion as at this time materials may have been bought and/or incurred in labor cost.  Partial refunds will be given on a discretionary basis. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of an event. 

3. Changes to the Event

Any changes to the event must be made by email at least 7 days prior to the event date. We will do our best to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee availability of specific items or services. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the final payment is due.

4. Liability

We take every precaution to ensure that our decorations are safe and secure but cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage caused by our products or services. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the event space is safe and suitable for balloon decorations.

5. Delivery and Installation 

We will deliver and set up the decorations at the agreed-upon time and location. Any delays or changes to the delivery schedule must be communicated by email or text at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or delays. 

If weather conditions may affect the installation, the delivery or other unforeseeable circumstances, Majestic Balloons reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event or delivery. The client will be notified as soon as possible, and Majestic Balloons will make every effort to accommodate to the client’s needs. 

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and concepts created by Majestic Balloons remain the intellectual property of majestic Balloons. The client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the designs without the permission from Majestic Balloons. 

7. Clean-Up and Tear Down

The teardown must be included in the bill if we have to come back to pick up any rental products.  Clean up includes pop balloons and the removal of our structures.  We will remove all our decorations at the end of the event.  Any damage or missing items will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
